How to Create Your XCamper Account 

XCamper is a UK-based peer-to-peer marketplace connecting travellers with owners of camping vehicles. Follow just the few simple steps outlined below, and start browsing and listing campers right away:

1. Visit XCamper and click Sign In

In your web browser, go to www.xcamper.com. On the homepage, click the green icon button in the top right corner. This will open a menu, click Sign In, followed by Not registered yet? This will open the registration form enabling you to create a new account.

2. Enter your details

On the sign-up form, you’ll need to provide some basic information: 

• Name: Enter your full name as shown on your driving licence.
• Email: Use a valid email address you check regularly. XCamper will send you a verification email here.
• Password: Choose a strong password (a mix of letters, numbers and symbols) that you’ll remember. Fill in all the fields and double-check for typos.
   

3. Upload your driving licence

As part of identity verification, XCamper will ask you to upload a photo of your driving licence. This helps keep the community safe. Take a clear, well-lit photo (or scan) of both sides of your licence, and upload it to the platform. Once uploaded, XCamper will review your licence to verify your identity. 
When you’re ready, click ‘save’ to create your account.

4. Verify your email address

Right after signing up, check your inbox for an email from XCamper. Inside, you’ll find a link to verify your email address—click it to confirm ownership and activate your account. We recommend doing this immediately, as email verification is part of account creation, helps us confirm all users, and secures your account. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam folder. You can browse XCamper without verifying right away, but clicking the link only takes a second and unlocks all features!

5. Complete your profile

Once your account is created, take a moment to finish setting up your XCamper profile. Add details to help other users trust you. For example:

•  Profile photo: Upload a friendly photo of yourself. This makes your account more personal and helps owners or travellers recognise you.
• Address or location: Enter your home address (to enhance privacy, your address is only visible to other users once you have made or accepted a booking). This information is used for bookings and deliveries.
• Other details: We encourage all users to share a short bio so fellow travellers can get to know you better, phone number, or other info. These are optional but can make your profile look professional and complete. 
   

Filling out your profile isn’t mandatory, but it can improve your experience on XCamper and help others feel confident interacting with you.
 

Travellers and Owners: One Account 
 

Want to list your camper? Your account serves both roles. You’ll login as a traveller by default allowing you to browse and book campers, however if you want to list a vehicle, simply click the green icon button in the top right corner. This will open a menu, click List your vehicle, choose between the Registered business or Private owner option. This will open the registration form enabling you to create a new vehicle listing.
